PT. Rainbow Tubulars Manufacture was established in June 2016, specializing in the manufacture of Oil Country Tubular Goods (OCTG) to serve the Oil & Gas industry.
Our facilities received API certification in July 2017, along with ISO certifications including: API-5CT (Casing & Tubing), API-5L (Line Pipe), ISO-9001:2015.
To ensure compliance with API standards, every length of pipe undergoes a rigorous mandatory inspection process before leaving our facility.
Ultrasonic (UT), Electric Magnetic Inspection (EMI), and Hydrostatic Testing.
Ensuring exact tolerance for wall thickness and straightness.
Yield Strength, Tensile, Chemical Composition, and Macro Structure analysis.
Full traceability for every heat lot of rolled billet used.
